#14185 RE: suprabiz2 #14173

I think the big difference between you and I is our willingness to accept responsiblity for the situation we now find ourselves in. You seem to want to blame somebody else; I tend to take responsibility for my own investing decisions, and try to learn from my mistakes.

If you did a lot of research on Roger before you bought this stock, and didn't like what you found, then why would you invest in his company?

Pawson's reaction to that stonewall situation says a lot about his character. He didn't tell us much about it, because he has a big ego and tends to bury his poop as best he can. On the other hand he did his very best to try and recover that money, though his effort seems to have been in vain. I'm not trying to defend the guy, but from my viewpoint he made a bad decision - it wasn't an attempt to rob you. All you seem to see is the bottom line, and try to blame somebody besides yourself for an investment that went sour.

I agree with you that the race car acquisition was another bad decision. It was completely out of character for somebody that was supposed to be in the real estate business. That incident alone should have caused us all to question if we really wanted Roger to be controlling our shares.

I just don't see how you can blame Roger for all your troubles.
If you continue to blame Roger for everything, then you'll avoid learning from your own mistakes, and you'll stand a high chance of getting into trouble all over again.
