Accumulation in the high teens and low twenties has been substantial...hopefully this 'profits' those who bought at lower levels and functions as a base for a new rise. I am not an expert at technical elements; but, if we assume .20 as a current base, this is roughly double the .065 - .12 cent range we were at before Christmas. I am thinking that when we break through the low twenties, the stock will sail right through .30 (depending on the strength of news which will propel it) to a new profit-taking level and new base...
