Yes there has been

accumulation and NITE has been working the bid ask for months. Before news will be able to move this it needs to get noticed by investors and until that happens the news will have the effect that it did on this stock yesterday which was null and no volume.

When this gets the daily share trading volume over 1.5M then news will move this until then we can only hope sonehow the investment community finds out about this little gem. IMO
