Yeah, I just tried a test buy of SOMPF at 0.0001 via TDA. In the first stage of the order process, TDA showed company name & last trade, but when I confirmed the trade, got an error that it couldn't find the symbol.

TDA's research page shows info on SOMPF, but I guess they aren't taking orders for it yet.
