Just a quick comment: Couldn't resist buying in at 2.38 today (only 240 shares aquired but more pending). I'm not down on TKO believe it or not. I think today was final capitulation the way prices dropped on large volume and big blocks... it may represent a serious turning point. As for management, I think they are simply swamped with merger reorganization and contract implementations. I'm betting revenues show some major improvements this quarter.

You know it's such a shame the way this is playing out. I took a mind trip(sipped the kool aide) a few months ago trying to imagine all of the possibilities this technology held. It was beautiful with little day-glo i-wires penetrating all of the landscape. Into every home, business, power plant and substation, every time share and hotel room through out the shire. The little day-glo i-wires even penetrated out defense department, army, navy, air force, marine, and coast guard base camp ship and tent. The then penetrated our homeland defense and airports. All were happy with their new day-glo friends and money was falling from the sky onto all of the lucky ones (the shareholders). Then there was a thunderous sinister laugh coming from the heavens. I was the evil Pickett Monster putting an end to my beautiful mind trip. MUST HAVE BEEN BAD KOOL AIDE...

For the record

I think this is a bunch of paranoid hoo-ha. Also, shorts pay cap gains on any money they make just like anyone else. Where did you get that idea? And a sale to GE or any other entity would result in cap gains as well, assuming there were some. If it were a stock deal, the capital gains would occur when the stock was sold--whenever that took place--and the tax would be due then.
