Not if they don't have to cover .......I am finishing up the taxes for myself and my dad right now---but when I am done...I will put up a link and the story re a suit in the courts right now....just to prove to you this is happening ....on purpose by the shorts....and how much tax is lost by the US govt because of it.....
also...re 'forced sales' ...like when a company is sold to someone else.....
