Sirius I agree and managment and the BOD has a fiduciary responsibility to their stockholders. There is enough info and research on this board to initiate a shareholders suit. I don't know a thing about tort law but I know that fiduciary means financial. alook at what QWEST shareholders are doing or trying to do. Enron shareholders were left holding the bag as I fear the QWEST shareholders will also. We need to do something before they completely fold the company. Does TKO actually have any assets that could be attached?? Anyone know an attorney experienced in this sort of thing?? I will endorse efforts to sink RP's precious boat if necessary hahahaha!!!!
