FYI--more 'not so good news'....MSN has completely removed a 'scout rating' on TKO....last month remember, it had gone from 1 to 2.....now, today, there is simply NO RATING.
I have an opinion....and it is not very favorable to TKO and the outcome of my investment in this company....I am afraid that my opinion gets negatively stronger every day...and I pride myself at looking at as many 'sides' of what it presented to me for observation....But more and more, this is getting to a point, for me, where gross mis-management is much stronger than common business sense and strategy. It is a 'privilege' to run a public company---to be given the responsibility for the benefit of the shareholders, as well as for the benefit of 'profitable success' for all involved.
Unfortunately, today, it is my opinion that management ran this company as an Entitlement program, for the benefit of a select few, and to the detriment of everyone else, including SOME business 'partners' and all shareholders. And what goes way beyond my understanding, is WHY the BOD, has chosen not to take steps to correct the problems along the way.....Is it really true, that in this case, everyone wants to retire? so instead of focusing on the COMPANY making money, the focus is on the INDIVIDUALS who want to retire, putting as much money as they can into their own pockets, instead?
YUP---I am pretty disgusted with the way management SEEMS to not give a damn...because these days, there is no law that says they have to be moral, or to even do what they are supposed to do by law, cause even the SEC doesn't care!!!!!!
