We have a BOD that was not elected by the shareholders, The shareholders will fight for a new BOD and disolution Chapter 7 as that is the only way they could be rewarded by the bk. I don't believe there is any particular loyalty to Koslow and Khoury.
What I'm saying is there is one hell of a fight coming in the face of Chapter 11 Filing. You understand it is a request made of the court to protect the assets. The court is not obligated to honor the request.
A stockholder suit at this point would not do the current remaining management any good.
