No doubt news would be nice...
but in all things business, plans never seem to come together nearly as quickly as we hope or imagine.
In the case of these e coli (or an future salmonella) products, I am sure stockholders will benefit if there IS NOT a rush to market (or over-hype nearly market ready products) before adequate testing to validate the reliability necessary to generate robust sales without the dangers of random failure that would incur liabilities, or a half developed idea that is soon replaced by a better mousetrap. I'd imagine credibility lost here is much harder to regain than in some other efforts!
I do not pretend to understand why the finalized news about the DKL acquisition has not been announced... except that it must have to do with the details of the agreement... *S* and lawyers love to get paid by the hour!
I cannot help feeling that each day with no news is a day closer to hearing news that WILL move NNSR up. I'd be very surprised IF we do not begin hearing about all the things we wonder about in the next several weeks. It probably will have taken 4-6 weeks to reevaluate both NNSR and DKL to come up with a coherent integrated business plan that will make sense out of the divergent but impressive technologies that their products utilize.
I do not know enough about them to know WHY they got together, but I can envision that there could be synergies because of the expertise each possessed...
one company is working toward an array of sensors for detecting BCX agents... and the other already HAS products that can detect people in hidden proximity, who may be about to use BCX agents... or may be eluding law enforcement personnel... or may be victims of some disaster in need of quick detection and rescue!
Contemplating these products and their potential HAS TO EXCITE anyone who loves hi-tech gadgetry! It is also very ASSURING to know NNSR is using LICENSED technology developed in collaboration with a progressive university research effort... this eliminates a lot of potential litigation regarding WHOSE got the rights to the use of the technology!
AND... it means a relationship exists that could continue to be a pipeline for future products to move from university lab to commercial markets! Who better to do it than an already successful small cap company you are working with on BCX devices???
Gotta love the looks of this: from university engineering think tank & lab to market thru efforts of NNSR/DKL newly reorganized hi-tech marketing network!
It will take a lot to convince me this is not going to fly soon!
