Pink, you need to go by the last known numbers from the DAILY LIST from OCTOBER, 2005 as the last known legal O/S. hopefully it is still valid.

The is just my Opinion. But those LSMJ shareholders who have the extra cash should ask for 1 million of their shares in certificate form. Remember there are only 20 mil in the real A/S and 14 mil in the O/S . If 20 or so people who have the extra cash does this then it would force the brokers to buy the real shares of LSMJ. This should have a positive effect on the PPS.

This is only my opinion and do what is best for yourself !

Thus, the legal effectual number should be 20 million authorized shares. Nonetheless, hundreds of millions of shares have been traded over the past several weeks. This is a situation where there appears to be a huge short number of shares, that must be covered. In other words, a short squeeze play.


What are the odds of the shares ever getting covered? When I saw UBSS sitting on the ask at $.0012 today for the tune of some 75 million shares and what seemed 30 -45 minutes I thought to myself what if their is more shorting going on. Who is truly going to stop this from happening. Will these shares ever have to be bought back for anything more than $.0001?

The O/S changed as of Oct. 13, 2005 - look at the link for the 'XXYS' to 'LSMJ' change - scroll down a bit.
The reverse split was recognized by the NASD, and if that is in fact true, then it is entirely possible that now the A/S and O/S for LSMJ are LOWER by a factor of 1000. That is huge.

...However, they do have XXsys in the database from back in the 1990's.

So my point is LSMJ is a complete mystery. Nobody seems to know where or if the shares are registered in any state, or how many shares(real or fraudulent)exist.

One thing we do know is LSMJ has the same address(10151 University Blvd Suite 120)as BHUB per State of California website. So it's possible that the same individuals were involved in both cases.
