I see alot of folks that drank the kool-aide in BHUB are coming over here to bash our little LSMJ. Maybe it makes them feel better. I do feel sorry for them. Please LSMJ folks, have some understanding for them, but remember this, LSMJ is NOT BHUB for several reasons:

Most importantly, as set forth in the I-Box, LSMJ, formerly XXsys, was a fully reporting Company prior to being "taken over," literally, by LSMJ. XXsys has filed legally binding documents directly with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in its last known filing on February 16, 1999, wherein it was confirmed that the authorized shares (A/S) was 20 million and the outstanding shares (O/S) was approximately 14 million:

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/885976/0000936392-99-000200.txt

"Common stock, no par value
Shares authorized -- 20,000,000;
Issued and outstanding -- 14,074,019"

. . .

"State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer's classes
of common equity, as of the latest practicable date: Common Stock, no par value
- - 14,074,019 shares outstanding on February 12, 1999."

Since that last filing in February, 1999 or some time thereafter, XXsys became dormant and a shell Company. They were no longer in operations subsequent to that SEC Filing.

Gloria Ma, the former President of XXsys, has confirmed recently in telephone conversations with several posters on this Board that, to the best of her knowledge, the A/S is still currently 20 shares. This is information set forth in SEC Documents and confirmed by the President.

Accordingly, an A/S of 20 million shares should still be the legal number of authorized shares. As set forth in the I-Box, and as reported in an article prepared by Ant & Sons, Dr. Ma also confirmed that she never authorized an entity called LeaseSmart, Inc. (LSMJ) to take over her shell Company.

Thus, the legal effectual number should be 20 million authorized shares. Nonetheless, hundreds of millions of shares have been traded over the past several weeks. This is a situation where there appears to be a huge short number of shares, that must be covered. In other words, a short squeeze play.
