Nerd..."picking on" GTEM.PK's lack of financial filing....heck...we pick on more than that!!!

The examples you gave are noteworthy: I happen to own them both...fortunately I bought my Dell stock in 1987 and 1988 and yes I still own it...so I think you know what that means...Sycamore has close to a billion in cash so I'll weather the storm. In both cases..I agree they are negatives...but we'll get by....

but alas....Did the BOD of Sycamore / Dell resign? Did either COB say he was too busy for the job and cut and run a month later? Did the next COB of either company make claims about their pal / business partner...Dr. Henry Kissinger??? Have either been thrown off a second rate stock exchange? Did either company enact a 1:15 reverse split and now have a value less than prior to the reverse split?

I could go on Nerd....but what's the point. The Filing delay is but a mere folly in this Train wreck of a stock.
