I can't say i really know. Realistically, he is still "innocent", thus giving no reason why he can't legally run the business. Now, if found guilty, the judge can stipulate certain things, like he cannot be in a directing position on a publicly traded company (I have seen things like that before).
Right now, it just comes down to watch and wait i guess. The stock value certainly isn't going lower, thats for sure..
