DANS- just to answer your questions

Danskin has not been releasing financials to the investment community since FY2003. At the time, the company had less than 250 shareholders so it decided to de-list from the OTCBB and transfer onto the pink sheets to save them money. The last time Danskin filed a report with the SEC was 3/23/2003. A copy of all Danskin's old SEC filings can be found at the following link:

Danskin sold their unprofitable Pennaco division in FY2003, but kept the profitable Danskin division. In FY2002, costs were severely on the downswing, and the company reported a profit in the Danskin divion. Additionally, the company was paying roughly $3 million in interest expense annually. Now that they have paid off their debt, this number should come down significantly. The both of these factors combined make me believe that Danskin is profitable. There is uncertainty of course, since the last financials I am basing this from is FY2002.
