I saw nothing in his post to get him deleted or banned, the reality is that UPZS has been in a death-spiral since .80 (I got in at .30 on the way down) since:
1. the management has not come through with any of their promises of pizza joints opening daily in '07.
2. lack of communication with shareholders.
3. obsession with car racing (it's expensive, but sell a million shares and one gets a new motor to replace the one just blown up).
4. every corner in America has either a pizza joint or a used car sales lot.
Think of any more?
