If it Ain't there it don't count! - Ok then Great, give me back my 3 BILLION shares for GVRP. No RS ever hit the daily lists and yet the brokers did the RS anyway because the transfer agent said to do so given directives from the company.

Regardless of whether it is on the daily list or not problems do exist here as the filings indicate the shares have been cancelled. I doubt the company gets away with just coming along later and cancelling the shares.

If the company cancels the shares they will be losers too- the CEO will be investigated for statements made in the filings, the stock will go to the greys.

So, is this what the company wants? They have spent alot of effort to get filings up to date.
