Well William
All questions that make some of us stick around with a position
that won't hurt too bad if we lose, but could be a nice
score if the co. just sucks it up and admits they made a
mistake and are not actively involved in a criminal interprise.
Higher pps is to their benefit as well as avoiding the legal
ramifications that are sure to follow, stock going to the
greys and the additional money that will need to be spent.
Someone has to be getting their arse chewed.

Has anyone followed a stock that went BK got the Q and cancelled the shares? I have, and they report in the filings that the shares will be cancelled, then one day they do get delisted. In this case, the filings said the shares already got cancelled - that's a different scenario, and I know they are trying to figure this one out - they messed up, because the shares are still trading, and there's no new symbol to appear. Now if they do delist them, then they must apply for a new offering of shares, this will cost them money and sec revue for the issuance of the new shares in the public market ..... hmmmmmm. Shell messed up? Is gopublic a real dumb service?
