Montanar, Kostro was the one that rang the bell on AMEX!
I believe he was the first Polish guy that has done that.
He knows everything about Globetel. He is part of Caterham, good connections to India, speaks fluently Russian and naturally Polish, is very bright. But he was not involved with Internafta, maybe in the background but not officially . He has never accepted Dumas, Klein or some of the other guys at the helm or our former advisory board.
These pictures showing Kostro and others during their first visit in Moscow. They had a meeting with a member of the Russian Duma (Mitravanov?).
Kostro would be the natural choice for the dealing and wheeling with Russians but after he stepped back, Tim hasn't allowed that, don't know exactly why."
