"ICS is a global communications practice, focused on assisting companies with entering and effectively competing in an aggressive communications market. We have achieved much success by working to align people, process and technology to deliver competitive advantage."

It looks to me like they were consultants. I haven't looked at followingte's ICS link much but the list of "customers" would be interesting to research and find out which of those were/or/have been successful.

"Please cite for the board what they did that didn't work"
That is easy, no need to have to provide the nature of the service that didn't work when nothing has worked period. No matter what they did it has not been a good strategy nor has it been very sucessful. Can you name anything Globetel has been done since 2003 that is or was sucessful?
If the recommended strategy was for anything to do with Magic Money, Voip, obtaining customers, joint ventures nothing worked out. Now if it was for Centerline that would be a different story...they may have showed them how to grow revenues and not worry about profits.
From the record of success ICS had with Globetel would you hire this firm?
Why didn't Globetel ever mention privious work done by Peter Khoury/ICS? Yet they mention Przemyslaw Kostro.

Now he may have set up a very successful strategy for the likes of some of the former BOD, hedge funds and partners. Maybe the SEC will be able to find that out. I don't know.
Just curious about Khoury being Australian, having a company in England and working in the US. Just trying to tie up what all this might mean with past Globetel's connections....I can't connect anything.
