Lockheed is past tense. They got their little $150M gift from DARPA and have moved on down the road. They'd rather be building $150M fighter aircraft than blimps anyway.
Have you noticed that Lockheed got the bucks, but conveniently forgot to return the money to the taxpayers???
I want a refund! Of course, they didn't return the $8M to DARPA when their MicroStar MAV became a total FAILURE either.
