There are numerous published statements from the Peraltas that show there is a Mexican JV and an 8k filed with the SEC. Do you have different information from the Peraltas or VPN de Mexico that you would like to share with the rest of us to prove the suggestion that GTEM is fabricating the JV?

Otherwise, you're suggesting that the SEC is letting bogus documents be filed and that the Peraltas are permitting a U.S. company to report pilot tests, JV's and contracts which are totally false.
