further research led me to same conclusions as prinz. Financial community/accounting Questions as to even being a going concern,(ie not going down 4 third time) per prospectus, not much changed, as unable to even pay payroll taxers to Brazil for some period of time, perhaps reason 4 sale of business; (SEC posts are enlightening, B sure to look at all 10Qs as well as initial prospectus, its really scary) absolutely no real business contracts on line after sale, (Why do we need a test project if it already works in Brazil?, Why wasnt a pilot project dome in US long ago?)(Why no income from australia?) if sale even goes thru; If it does, NO INCOME GENERATION!! nobody even working on sales to any co's in US & HAVE NOT HIRED marketing employees (I asked). this was a gold/oil prospecting firm that magically transformed itself into a one pony show in Brazil which is now on the chopping block cause IMO they are in such financial bad shape. I am outtahere, not looking back. GL2YA
