From his posts, I believe Vern is an honest person and he has worked with Huff and Vern swears by Huff's honesty and integrity. We also have the fact that Huff never sold a share and neither he nor GTEM benefited from the Russian deal. The rise in pps was transitory and the fallout of that failed deal cost GTEM much and Huff much more.
