Of course not. But we have an agreement to do business, a structure for the business and the intial build out. I am astounded that you can not see the good news inside this situation. It may surprise you that simply having this agreement has value. Don't talk about share price, it does not refelect thevalue of the company at this time any more than the collective price of the S%P reflected the values of the companies in 2002. The market does not always have it right in real time.
