Nerd, please think what you want. You are speculating and there is no evidence that anyone sold shares to take advantage of the Russian deal (note everyone was dismissed except for Huff). You don't need a trial attorney until you go to trial. Leinwand can sit in on any deposition; his fees are fixed as house counsel. It's my opinion that this will drag on for some time and that, ultimately, no fraud was committed or will be proven. I refer you to post 70339. Egbeck has it exactly right.

That is what we really need to know are they in business to do business. They have yet to prove it, since Huff was CEO.

Nerd, I finally had a chance to read her entire opinions. You say that the Judge stated in the decision that suffcient evidence was not presented for the decision she made. Actually there was no implicity in her opinions. She indeed found insufficiant evidence to continue actions from the parties dismissed but plainly stated that as to Huff that the letter of the law had been sufficiantly satisfied, with that said she didn't mean anything other than the plaintiffs have satisfied the law and that's it. It wasn't about wrong or right at all just satisfaction of law.

Not saying you're wrong, it does open up some more doors to stomp Huff's head in the dirt (makes me happy). You know my position with Huff.

Regardless, this suit is a waste of time and resources for everyone involved except the stinking attorneys.

Nerd, The Plaintiffs will try to make it as expensive as possible for GTEM to defend themselves. The MAIN point of the Lawsuit is the Russia Deal. Now the Plaintiffs can depose anyone they want, but will they depose the Russians? Can they even find the Russians? Even if they find the Russians, can they get them to the US for a Deposition? Then if it went to trial, would the Russians come back to testify for the Plaintiffs? IMHO, You will never see or hear from the Russians.

IMHO, These SCUMBAG Attorneys will do as they aslways do, Make it cost more for GTEM to show they did NOTHING WRONG, than just settle with Insurance Money. And for you shareholders that signed on the lawsuit, YOU WILL GET LITTLE, and the ATTORNEY Will get most if not all of the Money.
