LOI is letter of Intent. But i will refer you to post 775 where the CEO said they have skipped past the LOI and going directly to a definative agreement. If that is true it could run very fast if that is the next PR IMO. Today is the last trading day of this week and I think it will tell us what everyone else is thinking about next week. Answering your other post about float I'm not sure but this does seem to move on air. O/S is around 21 million or so. Very best of luck to U.
