soldier you rock. thanks for all yourinformative posts and your help. i really feel lucky to have some people who know their stuff. i will be honest there were a few times when i wanted to hit the sell button with this stock but the board posts by yourself and others have given me the information to hold long and reap big. if the loi has been skipped i am thinking we are in fast forward here. PVNC may not want to lose such a big partner this time around. china is the place to invest with nowadays. i do hope we see some decent trading today. last friday at the end of the day there were some big buys and a pop im pps. it would be nice to start seeing some buying leading up to the merger pr. soldier one last question, when the merger happens how will that effect our stock count. i have 10,000 shares right now and hope to get more. will the merger possibly lessen the number of shares i hold? i am refering to a 20 for 1 type of deal. i do not know too much about how mergers effect share holders in that area. thankyou again you have helped me alot.
