According to the 2 Apr PR he was confident that a definative agreement would be reached in the next 2 weeks. Then you would need board approval. Not sure how long that takes but the board has probably already discussed different senarios and their deliberation should not take to long IMO. NO BRAINER. My opinion is we will get another PR with-in 10 days saying the board has the information they need for a vote and then a LOI. When the LOI comes I would speculate BOOM.
The actual merger (ie: everything is finalized,new ticker, new filings, etc.) he told me "best case scenario 3 weeks, worst case scenario 6 weeks." Now that doesn't mean we won't be getting PRs before that confirming the definative agreement between the two companies which will take this to new highs IMO.
cashflo, I'm here because of what penny_ta posted about that info. I watch charts mostly however, and like the PVNC chart a lot at the moment. Should be a good day today. More green to come.
