hi PVNC gang I am doing some late night research and I wanted to post a note before turning in for the night. I understand that someone spoke to the ceo of PVNC about there merger and the timeline of the merger. The ceo said that within the next 3 to 6 weeks we would have some idea about the merger. Does that mean that the merger could be finalized in 3 to 6 weeks? Or does it mean that the first round of talks will be concluded in 3 to 6 weeks? It sounded like the ceo was very confident that the merger was going to be done very soon. Ofcourse all this information was posted on the site so I do not have any of this information first hand. I guess my question is will it be atleast 3 weeks before we see any movement or could it be sooner or later? any help with this would be great. I may call the ceo myself as well.
