If companies on the otcbb market have a history of R/S and the stock has fallin right back to where it was before the R/S, the company is going right back down the same road and that will be their only solution, is to do a another R/S. This company has gone through so many R/S's it is clear that they dont care about the share holder, and aren't going to care until they're at the point where ppls wont invest into the company! IMO
