Is it? If you believe that the company cannot break out from current levels and it does fall to .0001, do you think it'll break out from there? Or will it reverse split again?

I'm not saying the a reverse split is imminent or that the stock won't break out. I don't know, but I'd like your opinion on why .0001 is a good buy if .0003 isn't?
