Well just because little of it has been collected doesnt mean that he shouldnt continue to try and collect ,after all USXP did win the cases. I am not privy as to the inner workings of this company nor is anyone else on this board so I dont know exactly where the money is coming from and again neither does anyone on this board. It's all just speculation. This company has been operating for 23 years and so far it is still a fully reporting company and the CEO is still the CEO. The SEC won their case in February and Altomare was given 10 days to vacate however he is STILL THERE. Why? One must assume some kind of negotiations are going on behind the scenes to allow Altomare to still be in charge and to delay judgement. If all on this board believe that the Judgements actions must be carried out because it was a legal proceding then the same must be true with the legal action that USXP filed and won against the naked shorters and the SEC (700 million) however it appears that some believe that that judgement is bogus which of course it's not.How do you know he hasnt seen a penny? Are you privy to that info?
