Looks like the amount in dispute was not worth lawyer's fees to dispute it. GTEM will pay it with monies from Hotzone sales/install.

LOL... $1480 no wonder risk didn't post anything except the who in the suit. That document is so lacking in detail could be not paid for numerous reasons.

Thx for posting it here, the funny thing is that the amounts were less that 1500 bucks and globetel wouldn't even show up to defend itself as an entity and have LOST the case now and will have to cough up the dough plus court cost. And while I realize that some think this is a trivial amount of money it still goes against globetel's crediting because of the default judgement against them.

They filed this in Small Claims Court. GTEM just has to pay court fees to appeal it to district court and ask for a jury trial. The plaintif will again ask for summary judgement. GTEM will filed for a 30 Day extension to answer. GTEM then answers. Judge then sends it to mediation. Between 90 and 120 days later they settle for the amount owed, but both sides have to pay its own legal fees. Yada, Yada, Yada. Lawyers make the money. NO BIG DEAL.
