Yep - if I wreck my car, I'm gonna file an insurance claim... if its over a certain amount.

In this scenario, brokers/mm's will be liable for $5 million dollars....

Double that figure for 'damages'

So..... this MOASS could cost brokers/mm's $10 million bucks.... IF they cooperate. Probably much more if they don't.

The crooks will have to pay also.... but thats up to a court to decide.
