Yep - if I wreck my car, I'm gonna file an insurance claim... if its over a certain amount.

Suppose my 5 billion estimate turns out to be correct... what does that mean in terms of money?

For the last year, the average PPS is well below .001 - but lets use that figure.

In this scenario, brokers/mm's will be liable for $5 million dollars....

Double that figure for 'damages'

So..... this MOASS could cost brokers/mm's $10 million bucks.... IF they cooperate. Probably much more if they don't.

The crooks will have to pay also.... but thats up to a court to decide.

Those who believe without reason... cannot be convinced by reason
