If you own something that you want to sell, don't you want the best possible price for it? How can a low pps be beneficial to the seller?
A low pps is only beneficial for Yaacov, when he want to take the company private, and has to buy all the outstanding shares in the open market.
Bottom line: everybody is guessing what exactly is going on, and nobody will know until we are officialy informed by filings.
