I think you are right on. I think Yaacov is going to sell this company when he sees the opportunity. The PPS certainly does benefit him in a sell position. It's the only explanation when you have a company that can deliver and has a good product and the financials are kept secret. Reason? To sell the company when the right bidder comes along. It makes all the sense in the world. It will benefit shareholders to an extent, but not like building a money making company would do. I like your way of thinking.
