The companies that choose not to inform the public of their filings are the ones to look out for. They leave it up to us to find the information. This can lead into an easy half million everytime one is filed.
Check out this little company Cbai, stem cell research and look at Ravens post and see the kind of insider celling that has been going on there. Into the millions, and its constant and consistent. Why investors would put there money into a tiny company who chooses to do this is beyond me. The insiders sure wouldn't earn this kind of money in the private sector.
