Makesumgravy- I agree. In investigating many penny stocks for possible investment I am finding more and more of this. It raises a red flag and a lrage majority of the time ends my possible interest in that particular company. The TA is the only place to get the real scoop if you think a company is diluting and hiding it. A self gagging TA opens a very large skirt to hide behind.
