even if it took him an extra few months to find a company at the top end of that range, i doubt anyone here would be complaining. :) heck, i'd wait a good amount of time for the bottom of that range, come to think of it. LOL
Why would a company with $10 - $15 million in revenues let Kip own half the shares and therefore half the company??? There are cheaper ways to go public without giving away half the company.....or am I missing something??????
