you raise a good point, jagman, but i doubt kip's ownership stake would stay at that % during the entire r/m process. at this stage of the game, viewed only in terms of the shell, he certainly has a lot of skin in the game, yet this will change, imo, as the deal is struck.

one would think he wants to control a majority of the company now simply so that he can work the RTO, right?

Yes, you're forgetting something. What is an exceptable split the way you see it? What are the cheaper ways of going public that you refer too?
