valuation for DNDN but think i'm seeing some pivots of $7.50 , $9 , $11 and a possible $12.50 high to keep in mind At $12.50 DNDN would tag just over a $1bil market cap , something to keep in mind as it trades tomorrow and where it opens up
the beauty was that greenhugh's realism that morning reinforced exactly what i felt as an important pivot that no one might have believed would actually get hit with all those shorts etc etc . Beauty was that nothing but trading scalps were warranted as DNDN traded further down to $14's hovered for an hour more there to eventually swoon down to $12.50 and tag $12 even .
What was really the elegant thing , had anyone bought higher than $14.50 that morning they would have been in for some real painful moments later on , but once finally it hit that $12 pivot this thread had admirably forseen what was as perfect a bounce pt nearly 1 1/2 hrs off $12 .... for nearly 2 1/2 pts (HUGE) . Who would have thought huh , but wonderful read on all parts . ( i get lucky too , lol)
Living proof that sometimes we can get it right and catching that 2 1/2 pt bounce off $12 was almost as good as catching the initial pop of $5 . When you have a little help from your friends speaking out cooly in the line of fire on such a wild trading vehicle and nail such a pivot so well in advance , that's really something . So everyone had an hr in advance notice ...
You CAN get by with a little help from your friends ...you really can . I really needed to hear Greenhugh mention that retrace pivot for it reinforced my idea too . The everyone that wanted to go long DNDN had 1hr to prepare while not getting burned going in too high or too early .
A good thread is a good thread ...waiting patiently for that tag of $12 was such a good read and helped by someone posting early on and timely.... reinforcing what i was seeing . Working together there can be alot of "assuaging" of pain & play the game and not get burned while at the same time --->learning their game ;o)
great trade , great story ...hope theres one a week like DNDN and everyone works together to get the trade right ....
and you went contrary to the general consensus for sure..
Congratulations to you...
I would be curious to know what your wife said, when you apparently ignored her advice that night...lol...how great that it worked out so wonderfully well.
And on a personal note...good luck with the VA benefits...I listened to some of the testimony by vets in front of the investigating committee on CSPAN a couple of weekends ago...I was greatly saddened by what I heard....hopefully they can get in gear and start repairing the system now...our vets deserve no less....
