yeah, it seems they have done this scam repeatedly. Find an old dormant shell corporation with a tradable stock, Register a corporate name, the same as the dissolved corporate name, then use those actually legitimately crated state corporate documents to send to some TA, to dump millions of shares of fraudulently created paper into an unsuspecting market after they either PR some bullchit press release, or start rumors on message boards.
