Looking like that may be the issue here - a network of scams orchestrated by fiat of a very few individuals. BHUB is one victim of many in the same network.

Seems the scammers have a plan that works for them.... gives them a few months to operate before anyone can react.

Sounds like the variation on a SLJB theme. Fool the folks with a "Same name....hey...must be the same company".....let's buy the hell out of it. LOL.
