So with the extensive DD you and Weo, et al have compiled, what is your opinion of the state of affairs now ? IMO the settlement might have been just enough to pay the bills and keep the company solvent. Does ABB even have to use the patents now ? Might they (even already) have had a workaround and not have to pay INRA anything going forward ?
