I called Larry and am going to post it here. I am not going to get into posting any more than this post as it will cover everything.
1 Dalian is a done deal as far as contracts have been signed. There are a few things that need to be done yet on both sides before they PR the deal but Larry said it is done. They even brought their lawyer on Larry's dime.
2 EQBM He said the SEC still has not given him details as to what they want from him. He said he has contacted them and asked for the requirements but no reply yet. He said they will be putting out the fins for the last 2 quarters and they have talked to a couple of MMs about the 15-211c.
3 He said they still don't know how many shorts there may be on Soma and won't know till people start complaining that they have not received their shares from their brokers. He said it will basically be a first come first served and the others will have to go thru their brokers. He said he may not extend the warrant but can just add another. He said they were just a kicker anyway.
4 Don't shoot the messenger. Larry said he has been getting hammered by calls and has told people he can't say what he doesn't know or what is privileged info. I only called for an update for myself and others I have respect for on this board. GLTA
