As we wait for Larry to act/respond, I believe it would be in the best interest of ALL shareholders to pursue whatever legal recourse avenues are available to US!!!!

Sitting around talking amongst yourselves IS NOT going to benefit anyone.

I would recommend someone with some legal knowledge to begin the process in which we can ALL participate in, if needed. Most of us do not know where to start, and we ALL need to be on the same unified page!!
