It is, but it doesnt hurt to know whats going on... and to that end, I just put the phone down with The Washington Service, who generated the report to the DJ Newswire.
The 144 is not available as an electronic record yet with the SEC specifically because its a paper (mailed) filing. Once it is received and processed, it will appear on the SEC system.
As noted by Kickask, it is a relatively insiginifant amount of shares, but at this point in time, I'm interested in every thing that happens in the name of HESG.
