GolfD's method for establishing a PE "value" based on his earnings formula is right on target. Where I may disagree with him in that scenario is the application of 15x ... that was where the speculation came in and for the sake of argument, there is no reason to assume a PE of 15x will stick! Could be much higher or lower ...15x might be in play but in any event, it does give folks here a means to guess and dream ....
Now where are the "contracts" -- *revenues* -- and most importantly the PROFITS lol
